History

每个人都需要良好的历史教育和社会研究, 因此，我们的社会研究课程旨在吸引和挑战各种类型的学习者.

我们与学生合作研究过去和现在的社会, 我们希望学生们发现这种探究与他们自己的生活息息相关.

历史系提供从9年级到12年级有目的的核心课程序列，重点是以下内容:

• An understanding of the cultural, economic, political, 以及西方和非西方的思想史
• An understanding of US history
• An understanding of US government

Honors and AP Courses

Courses

• Critical thinking: We teach students to analyze, synthesize, 并评估各种信息来源-并识别动机和偏见.
