韦德娱乐app下载地址学校(新希望, 私人助理)寻求兼职工作, 10- month employee who is responsible for providing short-term counseling services to boarding students in grades 9-12 during the weeknight hours.   大约时间是下午3:30-9点.m., with flexibility on both time and nights (12-18 hours per week), plus be on call remotely every third weekend. This is a new position to support the school’s 成长ing boarding population and as such, the framework will be coordinated with the 心理咨询主任. This person will collaborate and consult with the 心理咨询主任, parents/guardians and faculty regarding student academic and emotional needs as well as address and assess crisis situations regarding students. This position is open to be filled for the fall 2024 school year. While this is a part-time after-school/evening position, there is also an opening for a full-time school day counselor.

• Provide referrals to outside therapists and resources

• Collaborate and consult with school counselors and individual therapists in the community as needed
• Lead faculty and community discussions as needed to enhance awareness around topics related to social and emotional well-being

资格
要求

• Master’s degree in school counseling, social work, or a related field
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in a school setting
• Desire and ability to work in the evening, plus every third weekend on call
• A deep commitment to students’ social and emotional 成长th
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and to establish supportive relationships with all school constituencies
• 能够保持镇静, 保密, 机智, 灵敏度, and flexibility during peak stress periods and crisis intervention situations
• Experience with multicultural counseling
• Experience and comfort with neuro-diverse populations and LGBTQIA+ populations

• May sit or stand for extended periods of time at a desk in front of a computer
• Duties are performed indoors, usually in an office environment, and occasionally outdoors
• Work nights and occasional weekends
